The National Executive Council of the College of Education Gindiri Alumni Association (CEGAA), has congratulated Prof. Sheddrack Best on his confirmation as the new Vice Chancellor of Plateau State University (PLASU), Bokkos.
CEGAA National President, Chief Moses Nwan, who is also the Executive Private Secretary to His Excellency the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, made the remark dDuring a visit to his office at the university’s permanent site in Bokkos.
Nwan formally congratulated Professor Best on his confirmation as the 6th Vice Chancellor of the prestigious state-owned university in Plateau.
He expressed appreciation for the warm welcome received and emphasized the Alumni Association’s commitment to partnering in all development initiatives at the institution.
A special congratulatory card was presented to the Vice Chancellor on behalf of CEGAA.
In his response, the Vice Chancellor expressed gratitude for the visit and assurances of a strong collaborative relationship between the university and CEGAA, particularly concerning admissions into the various courses and programs offered.
Professor Best also congratulated the new leadership of CEGAA and wished them a successful tenure in office.
It is worth noting that the new CEGAA leadership took office a few months ago with a commitment to reposition the Association for broader outreach to encompass all members across various sectors of life.
