The Industrial Training Fund (ITF), has recognised and honoured members of its workforce who distinguished themselves through hard work, innovation, and dedication to duty.
The Director-General (D-G), of the fund, Dr Afiz Ogun, on Wednesday in Jos, during the award presentation commended the awardees for their exemplary performance and commitment to the Fund’s mandate of promoting skills acquisition and industrial development in Nigeria.
He noted that the staff recognition initiative was part of ITF’s broader efforts to encourage efficiency, boost morale, and entrench a culture of excellence within the organisation.
“The ITF has consistently emphasised skills development, training, and productivity as central to Nigeria’s economic transformation, and the staff awards are seen as a reinforcement of that commitment.
“We celebrate not just individuals, but the values of diligence, creativity, and loyalty to service.
“The ITF can only achieve its vision of producing a skilled and competitive workforce for Nigeria when its staff remain motivated and dedicated,” the DG stated.
He commended the star award recipient, Mr Ochoechi Adanu, for his exceptional and meritorious service to the fund and enjoined other staff members to emulate same.
Mr Ochoechi Adanu, expressed appreciation to the management for the honour and for creating an enabling environment to enable him discharge his duties efficiently.
