The Olu Apata, Oba Frederick Balogun JP has commended the Executive Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area, Comrade Adamu Abdullahi, over his developmental strides in his one year in office.
The traditional ruler gave the commendation in a congratulatory message to the chairman on Thursday in Lokoja.
Balogun described Abdullahi as a compassionate leader with unparalleled leadership qualities that have touched lives in just his one year in office.
“The development of Lokoja Local government area is not in doubt considering the various projects executed by the chairman in just one year in office.
“Even we, the Apata-Ipatun, have every reason to thank the chairman for his laudable efforts in curbing the menace of insecurity and youths empowerment.
“As the traditional head of Apata, on behalf of my family and people, I wish the chairman a successful and peaceful tenure,” he prayed.
The Oba called on the people of Lokoja LGA to rally round the council chairman and give him the maximum cooperation to enable him to execute more people oriented projects.
He expressed optimism that before the end of the chairman’s tenure, Lokoja LGA would wear a new look and well-being of the residents bettered. (ephemeralnews.com.ng)
