Former Plateau State Governor, Senator Joshua Chibi Dariye, Ph.D., has extended warm felicitations to Plateau State Governor, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, on the occasion of his 61st birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Senator Dariye described Governor Mutfwang as a visionary leader whose purposeful leadership had led to unprecedented growth and development in all sectors of the State.
The former Governor paid glowing tributes to the celebrant for his hardwork, dedication and unwavering commitment towards alleviating the plight of the people who were yearning for the peace, unity and progress of Plateau State.
He commended Governor Caleb Mutfwang for according top priority to the welfare of citizens and massive development going on in the state, especially in the area of road construction, strengthening institutions and sustainable development.
” The ongoing renovation works at the moribund Plateau Hotel and Hill Station Hotel and the completion of some abandoned road projects within Jos Bukuru Metropolis has gone a long way in revitalising the tourism sector and improving the revenue base of the State”, Senator Dariye observed.
” The Time is Now administration’s massive infrastructure development in the Education sector, as well as accreditation of courses at the State University, Bokkos and other tertiary institutions across the state is a deliberate effort to ensure that such institutions compete favourably with their peers across the country”, the former Governor stressed.
Senator Dariye noted that the governor’s leadership had fostered peaceful coexistence among the diverse ethnic and religious groups in the state, thereby promoting unity and mutual understanding among citizens.
While wishing governor Mutfwang many more fruitful years ahead with joy and happiness, Senator Dariye prayed for divine wisdom, good health and continued strength to enable him take Plateau State to greater heights.
