The National Redeemed Men Fellowship (RMF) Coordinator, Pst Oluremi Oluboba, has tasked Men on keeping good Virtues of the Family toward building a God fearing, peaceful and orderly society.
Oluboba gave the charge on Saturday while inaugurating the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) RMF Region 24 Regional Executives at the City of Grace Regional Headquarters. Lokoja, Kogi.
The Coordinator, who was accompanied by the National Publicity Secretary, Pst Olusegun Macauley, noted that the ills of the Nigerian society such as cultism, terrorism, kidnapping, corruption. Rituals, banditry and the likes were all as a result of bad parenting and corrupt world in general.
He then called on families particularly the men to take their place as heads of the families to put things right by teaching and pointing Jesus Christ to the children to inculcate good virtues to be purposeful future leaders.
The National RMF Coordinator, in his sermon,drown from 2 Corinthians5:17, spoke on the essence of the Redeemed Men Fellowship (RMF), which he said is Christ centred for the spiritual development of the family.
He argued that a redeemed man must issues he masters the four (4) thematic areas of the 4-Fs: Faith, Family, Finance, and Fitness to be able to run the family effectively as it’s head.
“RMF is for all married men in the commission (RCCG), which serves as an avenue for them to render help to one another as members of the body of Christ.
“Therefore, RMF member must be a family man, financier of the family, a man of faith and one that is both spiritually and physically fit to lead his family in the way of the Lord God.
“This is because God is calling all mankind to return to his original nature of holiness and righteousness for fellowship with Him, ” he said.
According to him, accepting Jesus Christ as one’s Lord and saviour, brings about one’s conversation and transformation into a lbrand new man.
Earlier in his remarks, the Pastor In-Charge of Region 24 (PICR), Pst. Olurotimi Nathaniel, lauded the efforts of RMF national leadership in Coordinating the men in the RCCG into taking the kingdom work with all seriousness it deserves.
Nathaniel pledged to give the RMF leadership in the region all the support needed for it succeed it’s onerous task of gingering the men into leading their home front to greatness.
However, the RCCG RMF Region 24 Regional Executives inaugurated has the PICR, Pst. Olurotimi Nathaniel, as Chairman, A/P Odiba James,; President and Dr. Banjo Bandele; Secretary.
