Represented by Mr Emmanuel Akpabio, the Director, Youth Development, Ministry of Youth Development, Eno urged the youths to be patriotic and committed to nation building.
The governor urged the corps members to conduct themselves in a way that would surpass the marks made by their predecessors.
Eno expressed the state government’s commitment to providing adequate security, and promote the wellbeing of the corps members.
“You will sure enjoy the peace and hospitality of Akwa Ibom. You are urged to fully integrate yourselves with your host community.
“Respect the cultural values and aspirations of your host communities. Promote peace and development,” he said.
He said that the education and moral training earned during school had prepared the corps members to play critical roles in societal development.
