A’Ibom: New FRSC Boss Tasks Personnel on Discipline, Professionalism

Mrs Felicia Kalu, the new Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), RS6.3 Akwa Ibom, has urged corps personnel to exude discipline and professionalism in service delivery.

Kalu made the call in a statement by Mr Paul James, the command’s Public Enlightenment and Public Relations Officer in Uyo on Thursday.

The statement quoted Kalu as speaking shortly after taking over from her predecessor, Mr Francis Ajatta who has been redeployed to Rivers.

The sector commander expressed her commitment to enhanced performance and efficiency in road traffic management and safety in the state.

“I am ready for the tasks ahead, I shall do everything possible to build on the achievements made by my predecessors.

“I sincerely seek the cooperation of my colleagues, motorists and road users in the state, it’s our collect responsibility to keep the roads free from crashes,” he said.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Kalu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics, and a Masters degree in Communication Science.

Before her latest posting, the FRSC official had held different positions including the office of the acting corps secretary, corps librarian, and corps public education office. NAN
