Alhaji Yahaya Bello, former Governor of Kogi State and aspirant for the Kogi Central Senatorial District, has said that President BolaTinubu has demonstrated courage and capacity to move Nigeria forward.

Bello made the assertion on Saturday while speaking with journalists after casting his vote at his polling unit in Okene-Eba, Agassa, Ahache Ward, Okene Local Government Area Kogi.

According to him, the massive turnout witnessed during the Presidential Primary reflects the growing support for the reelection of President Tinubu in 2027

“This is largely because the President has laid a solid foundation during his first tenure which requires continuity and consolidation.

“Tinubu’s administration ha embarked on major infrastructure projects, particularly the ongoing concrete pavement road construction from Abuja through Okene to Benin, which previous administrations between 1999 and 2023 were unable to address the project.

“Of course, leadership requires courage and decisive action, which President Tinubu has demonstrated as a purposeful and visionary leader handling national challenges,” he said.

Bello also expressed appreciation to members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in his ward, Okene Local Government Area, Kogi Central Senatorial District, and across the state for their overwhelming participation in the party’s presidential primary election.

He urged party members to remain united and continue supporting the administration’s policies and programmes aimed at national development. (ephemeralnews.com.ng)
